| the screenpack is an empty mugen modified for example instead of the boring images of the normal mugen you can choose what images you want for the main page, option, select screen, vs page. sorry but i'm not english so i don't know how to explain it better than that but the video should help you to understand

| what game, there's no game. The second and first vids are just screenpacks, don't look at the chars inside because there's no game, they're only there for try the screenpack (or if you prefer the empty mugen)
